If a result is good, it means that we don't need to care progress.

I think...
I always tell our staff "progress and discussions during meetings are important."
Argument usually sounds hostile. Discussion sounds more calm.
That is a common expression in English also.
"To kill two birds with one stone (1石2鳥)" is another one that is in both English and Japanese.
I mistook because I chose "argument".
