Today, I learn the structure of flower. In the beginning, I don't know what the lecture is talking about. After reading the script, I still have some questions about the flower's structure, so I search it from Wiki, and download a picture from Wiki. It's no doubt that when people see English vocabularies on the graph, they will remember these words quickly. However, I still don't know what connective is, so I look up the dictionary, but I can't see any correct meaning in it. :(

Today, I learned about the structure of a flower.

However, I still didn't know what the connective is, so I looked up the dictionary, but I still can't see any proper meaning for it.
If you understand most of that you are really skilled! ^0^
Maybe the connective is that green stem connecting the 'ovary' to the 'anther'.... It is just a guess ^^;
What course do you study? Is it biology?
The things you must learn are complicated.... I would surely fail :P
I am studying how to be an English language teacher currently. One of my subjects is how to teach those exams to students... Does it mean I need to learn that stuff too? ^^;
Seems scary. hahaha
The Structure of a Flower [or "of Flowers"]
In the beginning, I didn't know what the lecture would be about.

Hmm, it depends on which part of the flower you're looking at. If it's the male part, then the connective is called the "filament" connecting the "anther" to the base of the flower. If it's the female part, then the connective is called the "style" connecting the "stigma" to the "ovary".
Ah, so you're major is Physics. That's interesting. I thought of taking it before...but I ended up in Chemical Engineering instead.haha
Hope this helps.
Really? Hmm, I think the degree of ones interest in a certain field determines its difficulty. If I don't like math, then it would be difficult for me.haha
Theoretical Physics is one of my favorite subjects...until now I'm still thinking of whether to take it up or not.
Keep it up.
