Growing Up
When you meet your nephew, niece, or grandchildren etc. for the first time in years, and find he or she has grown bigger, what phrase do you tell him or her?
I guess "you've grown (up) a lot" is one possible expression, but is this right?

When you see your nephew, niece, or grandchildren etc. (I advise that you never use "etc")
for the first time in years, and find he or she has grown bigger, what do you say to him or her?
I suppose "you've grown (up) a lot" is one possible expression, but is this right?
"Wow, you've grown up so much!"
"Wow, you've gotten so big!"
Of course saying "wow" isn't necessary, but I think a lot of people would say it that way.
