To Lose / To Have Lost

(A) I don't know where I lost my purse.
(B) I don't know where I have lost my purse.

Which do you think sounds natural here?

Both are possible, but (A) is more natural. By the way, the word "purse" is usually only used for a kind of bag carried by women. If you mean something carried in the pocket which holds paper money, cards and such, that is called a wallet.
