性格が良い/悪い

「彼は性格が悪い。」

When we Japanese translates this into English, we tend to take「性格」as the subject and write like this:

(A) "His character is bad."

But I guess you rather express as follows:

(B) "He has a bad character."
(C) "He is of bad character."
(D) "He is a person of bad character."

Is my guess right?
If there is any phrase among them you don't often use, could you please tell me?

Thank you in advance!!!

That's exactly right!. We might also say "He has a bad personality."

Thanks, Greed!

I have just rewritten this journal, and added some phrases.
Could you please tell me about them too?
