Suppose the weather is very fine today.

(A) What a fine day it is today!
(B) What fine weather we have today!
(C) How fine it is today!

Which do you usually say in such a case?
And could you tell me other phrases you are likely to say?

Thank you in advance!!!

I'm more likely to say "What nice/beautiful weather (we have today)!" than "What fine weather...", and more likely to say "What a nice/beautiful day!" than "How fine it is today!" Some people use the word "gorgeous" in place of "nice" or "beautiful." "Perfect" and "wonderful" are also possible.

I'd say "It's sure nice out today."

I agree with the others: "fine" isn't an adjective we usually use for weather. ("Fine" is what we say in response to "How ya doin'?")

I mean, we would understand what you're trying to say, but a native speaker would be more likely to call the weather "nice" than "fine". If you want to be more emphatic than "nice", go with "lovely", "beautiful", or even "great".
