It's a long time that I have not written anything on Lang-8, and it's a pity because I'm always too lazy to everything. Meanwhile, I have been doing a great job recently on work. Boiled dumplings, also named by Jiaozi, or Shuijiao, is a very popular food in China, especially in North China. In the past time, people used to eat boiled dumplings only in the festivals, such as the Spring Festivals, the Lantern Festivals and the Mid-Autumn Festivals, and so on. At that time the whole family got together and celebrated the festivals. It's very hard to collect all the family members together, especially when the children got grown. But it has changed nowadays, and people is used to eating dumplings whenever they want. Many foreigners like eating boiled dumplings too and try it as long as they visit China.
