St.Valentine's Day!

Yesterday was Valentine's day.You know,it is Japanese style that a girl or woman give a chocolate to her boyfriend or lover.
But the custom is a little bit changing day bay day. Girls to girls,boys to boys,and boys to girls! I heard before that that is normal in foreigh countries.
Anyway,my elder daughter wanted to give some chocolates to her boyfriends. So we decided to make some handmade chocolates and went to grocery store to buy some chocolates,fresh cream,some almonds,and cocoa powder.
At first,we melted chocolates and poured fresh cream in it.After that,I mixed them.We divided chocolate into 30 chocolates and made some balls of chocolate.
At last, we decorated sugar,almonds and cocoa powder with them.
Yes,these are truffle chocolates!!!
My daughter seemed happy with making handmade chocolates by herself.
I think that it is the best to teach my daughter how to cook dishes or sweets from now on^^/
