Hello Luke! About your sentence "vous êtes bienvenus à me contacter", it's understandable in French but sounds quite weird. You would rather say "vous êtes les bienvenus" on it's own, or, like I wrote on the correction, simply "vous pouvez me contacter". You could also say "contactez-moi!" which emphasizes the fact that you're invinting people to contact you. :) Hope that was helpful and that my English is not too awful!
