A little question while watching Japanese soaps

Today I watched an old Japanese Tv soaps called "First Love" which I loved when I was a senior high school student.
When I watched it, a scene of male lead and female lead's chat make me feel confused,because somehow the subtitle didn't show in that part. I tried to type their words here. Did someone know below its meaning?

A:あたし,しあわせよ =>then it suddenly became あたし,幸せよ

B:すっごくしあわせ =>then it suddenly became すっごく幸せ

I don't know how they make "しあわせよ" become "幸せよ" and "幸せ ", and the reason they changed.I checked dictionary and knew that "しあわせ" equals "幸せ". I'm curious why they don't just use hiragana?

I guess your questions are meaning of “よ” and the difference between Hiragana and Kanji. First, “よ” is sentence-ending particle. It has function of softening tone or making feminine impression. Second, we usually use Kanji all the time when we can use. But, sometimes, we purposely use Hiragana to soften tone or make childlike impression. However, I can't clarify the intention in that scene.

Yes, that's right. It doesn't only soften tone, makes me feel female impression.
