Sundanese as a "Foreign" Language

As you may already know, there are hundreds of ethnics with hundreds of different local languages in Indonesia. I came from western part of Java island, which makes me a Sundanese. I remembered when I was a little, I always had difficulties to talk in Sundanese with my elders since my Sundanese is considered poor. At school, my grade for Sundanese (language) subject was pathetic too. To me, English is a whole lot easier than Sundanese.
People who talk in local languages will be regarded as country bumpkins, that's why they prefer to talk in Indonesian language instead. Now, as I grew older, I'm ashamed of not being able to talk in Sundanese properly even though I'm a pure Sundanese. I take my hat off to people who speak Sundanese fluently. I wish I could be like them!
Now I'm thinking of re-learning Sundanese. I wonder where should I start ...

インドネシアの言葉は地方によってかなり違うのですか。日本にもたくさんの方言がありますよ。文法はだいたい同じだと思いますが、お年寄りが話す方言をわからない若い人も増えているそうです。
似いてる言葉はありますが、同じ言葉でまったく違う意味もけっこうありますよ。つまり、地方によってかなり違うだと思います（３００地方語以上）。
スンダ語でも、日本語と同様、尊敬語・丁寧語などありますので、私にとっては難しいです！
私もスンダ語で話す時は、「こう言ったら大丈夫かな～失礼かな～」って、いつも悩んでいますよ。そういう時は結局ミックスな言葉を使ってしまいます（インドネシア語とスンダ語）。
