I'm not able to abandon myself to cigarettes and drinking

Everytime I see someone smokes or has a drink in movies or in novels, I think it's very cool. I hope I can abandon myself into something, then I'm able to be as satisfied as those who is addict to cigarettes or drinking. But after several times trying, I found I'm not able to do that. Smoke makes me feeling nothing except sick. And I'm headache now just because last night I've drank a little...

I can't abandon myself to cigarettes and drinking
Every time I see someone smoking or drinking in movies or in novels, I think it's very cool.
I hope I can distract myself with something, then I will be able to be as satisfied as those who are addicted to cigarettes or to drinking.
But after several tries,I've found I'm not able to do that.
Smoking makes me feel nothing except sick.
And I have a headache now just because last night I drank a little...
