Is Cross a proper design element for sensor design?

As a nonbeliever, I don't know much about the Cross and it's application, except that it can protect people against evil and vampires. Just know I got an idea that, is it proper to design a security sensor with the element of Cross? For example, make the sensor's LED look like a Cross, so that people will feel safe when see it be installed on their wall. I don't know, maybe there is some culture problem about it. I need your advise.

I am not a christian either, but since I live among a good deal of christians I can give you a sort of answer. The cross is not typically seen by christians as a symbol of protection against evil and vampires. Those are just folklore. It is seen as a symbol of God's love for christians. The legend goes that Jesus died on the cross to save the souls of everyone on earth, and that God gave the life of his only son because he loved people so much. There are some people out there who would like to have a cross in their security systems, I'm sure. It would not be a very popular idea, though, for most people.
