Writing Training

Through the English conversation training using Skype for a while,
I felt I need to do more English writing training.
The reasons are below.
-The expressions I can say quickly are very limited.
-Even if I continue speaking training, my skills will not be improved.
-Increasing the expressions I can use naturally is important.
I bought a new book, which is contained a lot of sample sentences in English.
I will re-start to write something in English while referring to this book.
I felt I need to do more English writing training.

I have not tried 'writing while talking' method yet.
I think this method is worth a try, but I can't pay attention for other things while I talk in English.
