communication fee

Regarding the payment of communication fee in China, we are transferring the process to T-system.
According to the plan , communication fee don’t need to request payment locally.
Supplier will send the invoice to T-system directly or T-system download the invoice from supplier’s Web site monthly.
But for one of billing account, it has multi-cost centers payment, so it continue to submit the payment request, after my manager's approval I will submit to Mr.Peter.

Once the invoice is processed, supplier will send the invoice to Beijing Finance department.
Payment method use check as same as the current process.
