I started running.

It seems running has become so popular in Japan recently. I started walking a few weeks ago, but recently I shifted to running though I sometimes enjoy walking, too.
This week I ran three times, so I feel very tired.
Because I have light asthma, sometimes I feel very hard to run. Actually today I couldn't run well. But I think such activity is good for my health.
Now I can run just around 5km with a few times rest. My midterm objective is to run 10km in a race in next fall.

My corrections:
1. You don't need a comma here.
2. "Just about" is a common phrase to mean "roughly", but "just around" is not commonly used. "around 5km" sounds normal. "Just about 5km" also sounds normal, but implies that you cannot quite run the whole 5km, and stop early. "Just around" is easy to understand, but not standard usage of English.
3. A "rest break" is a stop to rest. You could also just say "a few rests" or "a few breaks" or "a few stops".
3. You don't need to use "in" here. "In a race next fall" is standard usage. If you say "This/Next/Last" fall you do not need the "in". Here are some other examples like this:
We went skiing last winter.
I will go to the beach everything weekend this summer.
I like the flowers in bloom this spring.
Good luck with the running! I am training for a 10km run in two weeks time. Train a lot for your run this fall! :)
keep it up^___^
You enjoy running! How do you feel after running?
And I've recorded my running activities such as pace, heart rate and so on. So I enjoy looking into such records after running, and analyzing what was good and what was bad.
