The Best Place To Concentrate

I went to the family restaurant to study for TOEIC test on the other day.
After a while at the restaurant, the waitress told me not to study at the restaurant, even though the restaurant was not crowded.
I couldn't believe what she said because I have never been told such a thing. In addition, the couple next to me played game for each before I came, and another couple were writing something in their notebooks. But she didn't say anything to them.
So I complained that why she said nothing to them. She said only studying was not allowed at the restaurant. I gave up studying there.
I told my classmate about this, then she recommended one cafe in Kobe.
The cafe is the best place I have ever been to. The space is like a college classroom which is very clean. I was able to concentrate studying very much there.
