Rolled Pork with Tofu in Teriyaki sauce. （豆腐の豚肉巻き 照焼き味）

My husband and I went to Hanami on last Saturday. Hanami is the event that you enjoy seeing cherry blossoms

There were many people in the park. We bought lunch boxes and ate them on the garden in the park.
（たくさんの人が公園にいました。私たちはお弁当を買って、公園のガーデンでそれを食べました。）

Occasionally Eating at the park is good especially in the warm season.
（暖かい季節は特に、ときどき公園で食べるのもいいものです。）


【The cooking method of “Rolled pork with tofu in teriyaki sauce”】
【「豆腐の豚肉巻き 照焼き味」の作り方】

Today I will introduce “Rolled pork with tofu in teriyaki sauce” which I made the other day.
（今日は先日作った「豆腐の豚肉巻き 照焼き味」をご紹介します。）

The reason I chose this recipe was as below.
-There were little pork and half tofu in my refrigerator.
-I wanted to make something bulky using these 2 ingredients.
（このレシピを選んだ理由は以下の通りです。少ない豚肉と半分の豆腐が冷蔵庫にあったこと。この２つの材料を使って、ボリュームのあるものを作りたかったこと。）

Step:
1. Cut tofu, then drain it.
（1.豆腐を切り、水切りをする。）

2. Roll tofu into pork.
（2.豚肉に1の豆腐を巻く）

3. Oil a frying pan and line Roll tofu into pork (step 2), then cover the pan and roast them.
（3.フライパンに油を引き、2を並べ、蓋をしてよく焼く。）

4. Add soy sauce, sweet sake, sake and sugar, then simmer them.
（醤油、みりん、酒、砂糖を加え、煮からめる。）


The point of this dish is as you see it from the title. That is rolled pork with tofu. You can make bulky dish even if you have little pork.
（この料理のポイントはタイトルからもわかるように、豆腐を豚肉で巻くことです。もし、少しの豚肉しかなくても、かさ増し料理が作れます。）

I recommend this menu to the families in which there are growing children.
（このメニューは育ち盛りのお子さんがいる家庭にもオススメします。）

It was very delicious despite of the simple cooking method and the plain looking. My husband requested that I make this again.
（簡単な作り方で見た目も地味ですが、とてもおいしかったですよ。夫はまた作ってとリクエストしました。）
