The fourth dimension
A word '4차원' which is the same meaning as 'The fourth dimension' is used in Korea when someone has unique, strange and eccentric character. I'm wondering if there is a similar expression in English.
Also there is a expression like this.
"Did you send your sense(or manners) to Andromeda?"
Guess what the meaning of this is... :D

And I think it means...
The person is missing his/her "sense" / "manners"
therefore those missing characteristics are probably in some far-fetched place.
But then again, I'm sure it was meant to be a hyperbole.
Which means to over exaggerate :D LOL
Well..that's just a guess ^.^
The expression is used to show your unpleasantness when someone do an impolite or rude things to you. You can say like this in Korean language: "개념은 안드로메다로 보냈냐?(gae-nyeom-eun-andromeda-ro-bo-naet-nya?)". but I will not recommend you to use this frequently because this expression is a rather rude, too.. :D
Hmm.. Maybe I'd use it one day if I was reeeally reeeeally annoyed at my friend.
He wouldn't understand it anyway! haha...
