I hadn't been used this site recently.
These days I have been studying English because of a exam for being a public servarnt. Although I like to learn English, When I am studying English for a exam, I feel my English ability is getting worse rather than when I didnt. I memorize everyday words like 'aberrant' 'omnisient' 'apogee'...I sure that there are more efficient way to learn language of other country. But I cant avoid this situation, I have to pass the exam as soon as possible.. ... for that, I have to memorize all of words in my vocabulary book ... so.. Keep your fingers crossed for me.

These days I have been studying English because of an exam for being a public servants. [You can say "civil service exam" as in "I have been studying English lately to prepare for a civil service exam."]
Although I like to learn English, when I am studying English for an exam, I feel my English ability is getting worse rather than when I didnt. [I think I know what you mean, but it's a difficult sentence to make simply. Maybe: "I feel my English ability gets worse when I study rather than when I don't study."]
I memorize everyday words like 'aberrant' 'omnisient' 'apogee'... [These words are not everyday words (매일 쓰는 말). You might say something like "Every day I memorize words like..." instead to avoid confusion.]
I'm sure that there are more efficient ways to learn the language of another country.
But I can't avoid this situation. I have to pass the exam as soon as possible.
