A few days ago, I have taken the course. I need to send him by mail to choose the module. Can I ask him like that -----Would you please help me to add "cost accounting" and "business law" of the module.

You could just say - I' would like to choose the Cost Accounting and Business Law modules.
OR
The modules I have chosen are Cost Accounting and Business Law.
