A nice color can calm you. or I become calm when I see my favorite color. or Just seeing my favorite color can calm me down.

Calm down with only a color.
Seeing a favourite colour can make you feel calm. (Note that in England and Australia, we use "favourite" rather than "favorite" and "colour" rather than "color". They are both correct, but probably American spelling is more common in Japan).

I like green as a colour, as in the colour of grass. I think the blue of the sky is also relaxing.
