One of the most important goal for me in this year is mastering English to use some Conferences or other various events.
I'll read and write something in English on this site, but I have no idea how to improve listening and speaking skills.

yes speaking and listening are hard skills to acquire I think,
I have a you tube channel to try and improve my Japanese

but also, I think skype is good for talking to native speakers with.

Hmm, I should record my speech...?
I don't like to hear my speech so I don't record it. But now may be the time to
