Blood for transfusions is missing in TOHOKU area in Japan recently.
It is usualy coverd by each prefecture in Japan.
But now the population is decreased in this area.
Many people have been evacuated.
But few people can't move for all kind of reasons.
Government of Japan decided to transfer it to there.
