I have a question about an expression.
Please help me!

Which does weather forecaster use "it WILL rains tomorrow", or "it IS GOING TO rain tomorrow" ?

I think "It will rain tomorrow" is okay. It is a Simple Future tense, and it means that there is definitely going to be some rain tomorrow.

But "It is going to rain tomorrow" is alright too... (My opinion)

Both are perfectly fine. I regularly use both; its just personal preference...

I think they use "will" since it isn't 100%. "Going to" sounds more 100% and weather forecasting isn't 100%.
