I always forget how to make comparisons in Japanese, so I must study how to make one over and over. But now I learnt by heart.
1º AはBより adjective（です）。
東京はロンドンより大きいです。
英語が日本語よりできる。
今日は昨日より寒いね。
（僕は）彼より賢（かしこ）いよ。
2º Aとb と（では）、（どち）がadjective（です）。
日本語と英語とでは、どちが難しいですか。
千恵ちゃんの家と僕の家と、どちが近いですか。
3º ほう
彼より俺の方が、大好き。
恋の方が大切ね。
中国語の方が安いよ。
4º もっと と 一番
俺は、もっと人気がある。
違う、俺は、一番人気がある。

Can I omit 僕は of a comparison sentence?
Ex: 彼より賢い。
Is it also natural to say a sentence in this order: ロンドンより東京は大きいです。

彼より俺の方が、好き。
Can I omit 僕は of a comparison sentence? (when it's clear from the context, you can omit it.)
Ex: 彼より賢い。 OK!
Is it also natural to say a sentence in this order: ロンドンより東京は大きいです。(This order is also OK, but for writing, you had better write "東京はロンドンより大きいです。" However, in real conversation, even native speakers often say in that order "ロンドンより東京は大きいです。" )

中国語の方が簡単だよ。
俺は、○○さんより人気がある。
違う、俺がは、一番人気がある。
だから、比較する文の中で並べると、少し変な感じがします。
「彼より僕の方が大好き」もしくは「あいつより俺の方が大好き」が良いと思います^^
So, it's not good to use 「彼」 and 「俺」 in the same sentence.
It's better to use 「あいつ」,isn't.
英語が日本語よりできる＞＞＞ Ｖｃ ｐｏｄｅ ｆａｌａｒ「英語のほうが日本語より上手い。」

（ ）より、恋の方が大切ね。
