I can't improve my English skills. I get annoyed with myself.
I'm always reading articles in my two hours class but I can't improve my vocabulary skills.
I also have bad listening skills. My writing skills is also poor because my sentence is always
confusing.
I'm upset recently, I'm asking myself "what should I do?"
Learning and mastering English is like hitting a home run against 95mph pitcher. I'm a beginner baseball player.
The road ahead will be long too.

頑張ってください!You can do it!
My recommendation is to analyze your most basic point of disconnect and think of an atypical approach to resolution.
In baseball terms, You need to throw a チェンジアップ. ^^

No 's' on two-hour class. If it was during one class, the two hours you spent in the class becomes one "two-hour class." The hyphen helps distinguish the singularity of the two hours you spent reading while in one class. If you want an 's' on that you could have wrote: "I'm always reading articles for two hours in class." or even: "In class I'm always reading articles for two hours."

You're talking about your writing skills in general, so 'sentence' needs an 's' at the end. When you have a noun that is Plural (for example skills or sentences) they use the same conjugations are 'They.' When a noun is not plural (skill/ sentence), it uses the same conjugations as 'he.' So think of it like this: in your mind, replace the nouns that are using the verbs ("action words" is/are/run/play/walk/etc) with 'they' or 'he.' If it makes sense, then it's probably going to be right. So, using your sentence as an example : "...skills are also poor..." --> "...they are also poor..."
I'm upset recently lately. I'm asking myself , "what should I do?"
What you wrote is grammatically correct, but would sound odd to a native speaker. Don't let it get you down. Things like that you can only learn with time.

Usually when comparing something with the word 'like,' the verb following 'like' has an -ing attached to the root word. The extra 't' in this case special to the word itself.
I'll try to study hard.
I was the same when I started studying English. Whenever I had a chance to talk to my teacher privately, I asked him how my English was. He always told me it had gotten better and I believed him.
It was about 20 years ago and I've been studying English. I haven't seen my teacher for several years because the class was closed, but if I could have a chance to see him again, I would probably ask him again, "How is my English?" I suppose he would answer "Your English is better than before."
It's difficult to recognize how your English is at this moment, but you can say it's better than last year and I suppose it will have been much better than now next year.
私も先生に前よりよくなってると言われるんですが、前がひどすぎるので、まだバッターボックスにも立ててないような気分です(笑)
とても素敵なアドバイスをありがとうございます。でも語学って本当に辛いですね。
