We are going to be having a Japanese foreign exchange student come over here to stay with my friend for at least a week.

I was wondering if anybody would give me some greetings to learn?

I am already aware of:
はじめまして
and
わたしの なまえ わ えりかん です。

But if anyone could teach me some basic phrases to make her feel at home, I would very much appreciate it.

I would like to ask things such as:
What part of Japan are you from?
How old are you?
I cannot speak Japanese very well.
Can you teach me some Japanese.
What is your favorite food?

Just basic questions, and phrases just to make her feel at home.

Thank you very much!
