Volleyball

I'm going to play valleyball with my friends tomorrow.
I used to play valleyball almost everyday when I lived in America.
I was surprised to know that every country people was able to play it.
There were Japanese,Taiwanese,Korean,Saudi Arabian and Turkish.
I thought volleyball is minor sport.
Is it minor or major?????????????
Anyway,I like volleyball.
