Thought, I have learned English for 11 years, I'm still not good at English.
I can't speak fluent oral English, because I don't learn it every day, what's more, sometimes I don't read and write it for a long times.
I think I should learn English every day in order to enhance my English.

Yes ! we have to study Englsih every day. It's hard though.

I should study every day, too, but sometimes I'm lazy. And if I don't read or write for a long time, I forget stuff. It's frustrating.
But your English is really good. You could definitely live in America, the UK, or Australia. People would understand you. That's the important thing.
