私の友達は大丈夫ですけど、日本は大丈夫じゃない。仙台に津波はとても悪いです。たくさん人が死にました。私は「Red Cross」に施しました。みんな、手伝ってください。
Everyone I know in Japan is alright, but there still is great damage to Japan and many people have lost their lives. Even though buildings were made to withstand an earthquake the flooding from the resulting tsunami is very bad, especially in the Sendai area (close to the epicenter).

But there are a lot of serious scenes on TV.

日本にいる私の友達は大丈夫ですけどみなさん無事でしたが、日本は大きな被害を受け（その影響は今も続いていて）、大丈夫じゃない多くの犠牲者を出しました。
建物は丈夫に作られていて、この地震に耐えたとしても、その後の津波の影響は深刻で、特に（震源地から近い）仙台一帯ではに津波はとても悪い酷いです。
たくさんの人々が死に亡くなりました / 命を落としました。
被害に遭った方々のため、私は「Red Cross」に施寄付しました。
できればみんなみなさんも、手伝ってください。
日本はこれから長い道のりを迎えます。
けれど、決して負けません。
