(ex.１) 私はアルバイトができません。（ex.２）僕は前歯が痛いです。(ex.3) ダンボは耳が大きいです。That's because firstly there is a place as a stage of that feelings are occuring and the possesor of the place should be shown with a topic marker は, secondly there is an actor who acts the adjective as its play. (ex.1) 私は＝possesor of the stage, アルバイトが = an actor, できない = a play ---(ex.2)僕は= possesor of the stage, 前歯が= an actor 痛いです=a play。(ex.3) ダンボは= a possesor of the stage, 耳が=an actor 大きいです= a play.---- All possesors have their ownership of the play, and they can hire an actor if a statement maker think it's a proper casting^^

雨の日にはプールは閉じ休みです。だからアルバイトがありません。[NOTE] That's a matter of collocation. A store is open.= 店が開/a/ いている。A store is closed. 店が閉/shi/ まっている。Since stores have doors or shutters, they can be opens and closed. Although pools have gates, you can probably see the pool from outside no matter their gates is closed or not. You can say like this: プールの門は閉められています。 but this expression is too indirect. So you should say "営業中＝on serving" or "休業中out of serving"、you could also say やってる=on going , or 休み= holiday, as in colloquial.

正常にふつうは、うれしくなりますが雨の日にするの事がありません。[NOTE] THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT: a formal noun のimplis "This is the END of a noun phrase." So you can not connet it directly to the noun, pronoun or another formal noun, anymore.
