Last week I had curry rice with 3 of my friends.
また きのう、 おや と おばあさん と おにいさん が うち に きた。
Also yesterday my parents, grandmother, and older brother came over.
ぼく は ソファ を かった。 うち に かぞく と とまだち が たのしむ ため に かいました。
I bought a sofa. I bought it for the sake of my family and friends enjoying it.
ソファ は みどり で うつくしい よ。 だいすき よ。
The sofa is green and beautiful. I love it.
やすかった も ね。 みつかた の うれしかった。
And also it was cheap. I was glad to have found it.
それ の うえ に、 あたらしい プロジェクター も あります。
Above that there's a new projector.
みんな と えいが を みた の。
I've watched movies with everyone.
おおきい な え が くれた。 せげー。
It throws a big picture. It's awesome.
いま ぼく は かなしくて、 かね いる こと が おもい ぞ。 わるい だ ね！
Now I'm sad because the matter of needing more money weighs heavily (on my mind). It's awful!
ぼく は はたらいていまいて なろう。 でも やってなくちゃ ほんとう かい？？ XD
I'll work. But do I REALLY have to?? XD

ほんとう です、 それでも、 えいご より 日本語 の ならう は とても やさしかった な！ It's different, but very cool.
Here are the websites I use, besides lang8: tangorin.com, smart.fm, http://www.guidetojapanese.org/learn/grammar, and I google a lot when I am curious about certain things in Japanese. I watch and read lots of stuff in Japanese for kids, and pick out things from songs that I understand.
I *am* working really hard right now!!! Several websites and things are on my plate.
