I found a nice restaurant at Roppongi.
It was a quite unique restaurant, because it was opened only 4days in a month.
The owner`s main job was to establish a recipe for professional cook,so this restaurant was a kind of their hoby.
They were a gentle senior couple, and the building was so,too.
Because,it was an old flats built in 1935.

I thought the menu was interesting, too.
All of the menu were organic reaped in Japan.
Besides, there was some dishes for vegetarians.
It is not so common vegetarianism in Japan.

I ordered "the Quiche made by Swiss chard" as the lunch.
I`ve never seen this vegetable before, but it was like no scum spinach.
The dessert was a cake made by Itarian white beans and almond.
It was kind of a vegetable sweets, but it was enough sweet eating with strong milk tea.

During my enjoying the lunch, the madam, one of the owner, suggested me to taste the jam they made. The ingredient was remon and rhubarb cut at the garden in the flats.
It was natural sweet and I felt the spring already come.

When I left, the madam gave to me a mimosa bouquet for me.
She said,"I cut it at our garden. It is a remembrance for your vist".
I felt shy, because I had not received a bouquet for a long time.
But I was so happy to get it.

There were a lot of modern high buildings around there, but I felt the time stopped at only this flats area.

I`d like to visit there again.
