You may can't believe this, but most Korean parents let their baby sleep in their bed even untill the baby became five or six years old.

I saw from a TV program that a English girl was so shocked and shouted as hearing that,

"How do you make a second baby then?"

I also wondered where on earth your husband sleep if your baby sleep in your bed before my baby was born. I couldn't imagine sleeping separate with my husband at the moment.

One friend of mine replyed my question at that moment.

"Once you have a baby, you will not care where ever your husband sleep any longer."

Now, I layed a baby crib in my bedroom for my 4months old son and sleep alone on my bed. My husband usually sleeps on a sofa in the livingroom.

I still like to sleep with my husband but I can't bear his snoring awake my baby! We tried to sleep together last night, but I got up alone this morning as well, because I touched him awake whenever he snored and he finally escaped from me!

Ummmm..how long should we live like this!

"How do you make a second baby then?" ahahaha
In Korea, having only one child must be common.

Until the baby becomes 5 or 6 years old?
Why? I think it is a kind of overprotection.
Your husband snore loudly? My husband didn't snore but he began to snore since last year. It's terrible.
Sorry, I don't have a nice idea, but I hope you will find a good solution. (^_^;)

Oh, what a nice topic again, ladies ))) Just want to tell you, no wonder a man stays a hunter even after married, if he is put to sleep on the sofa and his sleep disturbed by poking him every time he makes a little snoring sound! Just remember when you were young and in love, a little snoring didn't disturb you at all. When it starts disturbing it means that something else is more important than love or husband. It may be the woman's will to protect the baby, as you said, Zed. But is this something real? No, I don't think it is. A healthy baby can sleep in a noisy environment too. Often you can hear noises from the street, airplanes and so on.
So, my suggestion to the problem is: invite the husband to the bed and try to get used to it. Ask him to sleep naked, and go next to him. Feel how warm and soft he is, listen to how his snoring is actually very cute, like music to you :-) Let the great love to your wonderful husband fill your head and heart. Remember that the baby has 50% of you and 50% your lovely hubby. You should love both parts equally!

How do you make a second baby then?
Well, basically the same way than the first one ... haha .Well, I know in Finland many couples have a baby sleeping in their bedroom too. They have a little bed for the baby next to their bed. The baby usually is taken to the parent's bed when awake but after it has falen asleep you carry it to it's own bed and you can use your bed for something else. And if your activites are very noisy, then you place the baby's bed in another room, and carry it back when done with your baby-making.

Btw, my wife is bringing 2 big dogs and 1 cat in our bed, but there is still a tiny corner for me too ;)

Hello, Meli
Thank you for your kind correction. =)
It helped me much!

Hi, Mika~
(May I call you Mika?)
Yes, as you Know, the cost for child care and education is so high that we seldom have babies more than one. So having children more than three, we call it a 'symbol of wealth,' haha.

Hi, Timothy!
Oh, hearing you, I'm worried if my husband already has turned into a wolf, a sleepy wolf. XD
Thank you for your warm advice. I'll try not to pork him everytime he snore tonight, but I can't guarantee if his snoring will sound really cute for me. LOL.

Btw, your bed must have to be very very large! You don't often fall down from your bed, do you?

Hi Zed !
You are back here now as a new mom !
Isn't it dangerous for the baby to sleep on your bed ? Because if you fall asleep and roll over, you may accidentally smother your tiny baby.

Hi huangsy!
Glaaaad to see you again. How have you been? :-D

Though my baby son has his own bed, sometimes I sleep with him on my bed because he sleeps better when sleeping with me.
When sleeping with my baby, I seldom move but rather sometimes open my eyes to check if he is fine. Maybe I think every mothers in the world also would do so.
I used to be deaf when I sleep, however, it is surprising that I get up naturally with every bit of sound my baby makes, now. Is this so called 'Being a Mother?'

Sounds like innate maternal instincts, alright !

Hi Zed!
Yes, I sometimes tend to fall off the bed. And sometimes like now, I leave home and go for a long bicycle trip and sleep the night in a tent ^_^
