Love – Hate Relationship!

We live on the same planet, which is called Earth.

You should use a comma before a which-clause :)

However, we share the same planet to live.

We need them, to survive on this planet.

Although, we have divided everything- religion, countries, humanity, and our feelings as well.

This is a reason why we have the words "Love and Hate" in our daily using vocabulary!

Generally, we know the truth that both of them are feelings; however, just the name is different.

When do we meet each other, we do want to know about each other.

We promise each other to be true and faithful, to live together until death separates us, and blah, blah, blah!

Somehow, I don't think that in marriage people promise to "die together" :)

But, we get bored with all that!

However, we all live on the same planet.

The universal truth is that the Sun is one, the Moon is one; and oxygen is the same as well.

Apparently, we have divided this planet into many parts.

This is a reason why we have those words in our daily use vocabulary- Love and Hate!

We are humans!

"Humans" is not wrong, but when you use it as an adjective, as here, we generally use the word "human" in the singular form.

We live on the same planet which we called Earth.

The name "Earth" is purely granted by we inhabitants. So, I said "we" call it Earth. It isn't wrong to say "is called" but I'm a stickler for accuracy.

We share it with animals, birds, and some known, and unknown, creatures.

Use commas to separate conditional phrases.

Not really. Often the couple create traditions and family events which keep them together. Sometimes they find their children become their flagships.
