We are humans! We live on the same planet which called Earth. We share it with animals, birds and some known and unknown creatures. However, we have same planet to live. The universal truth is that the Sun is one, the Moon is one; and oxygen is same as well. We need it, to survive on this planet. Apparently, we have divided this planet among many parts. Although, we have divided everything- religion, countries, humanity, and our feelings as well. This is a reason why we have those words in our daily using vocabulary- Love and Hate! Generally, we know the truth that either of them are feelings; however, just the name is different. When do we meet each-others, we do want to know about each-others. When we feel that we are in love; we're supposed to get married; but there are always several promises in love before marriage. We do commit each-others about trueloves and faithfulness, to live and die together, and blah, blah, blah! But, we get bored with"

We live on the same planet, which is called Earth.
You should use a comma before a which-clause :)

"Humans" is not wrong, but when you use it as an adjective, as here, we generally use the word "human" in the singular form.
We live on the same planet which we called Earth.
The name "Earth" is purely granted by we inhabitants. So, I said "we" call it Earth. It isn't wrong to say "is called" but I'm a stickler for accuracy.
We share it with animals, birds, and some known, and unknown, creatures.
Use commas to separate conditional phrases.
However, we have live on the same planet to live.

Not really. Often the couple create traditions and family events which keep them together. Sometimes they find their children become their flagships.
It is interesting, though, how people view the Earth after photographs of it were taken from the Moon.
