Biologically, there are no people who have no parents. But socially, there are people who have no friends. Suddenly, I`ve realized that I`m so blessed. I don`t have parents, but on the other hand, I do have friends. Thank you, all of my friends. You gave me my reason to live.

socially, there are people who have no friends. dont use "also" when both idea are not the same.

But socially, there are people who have no friends. (Your first idea was, "people have parents" but your second idea is that there are "people with no friends". So, although "also" might sound right, it's not correct to use it in this context.) ^^
