お久しいぶりですね。四月前、病気になってLang-8で日記を付けてしみました。後は卒業の試験があったから書き始めなかったでした。今大学の前に暇があります。学び続けたいんです。外国語が話せらるら大学に受け取ってくれました。
Hello. It's been a long time since I wrote. Four months ago I a long time since I wrote. Four months ago I got sick and couldn't I wrote. Four months ago I got sick and couldn't write on Lang-8. After that I had graduation and couldn't write on Lang-8. After that I had graduation exams and couldn't start wrting again. Now I've got some free time before I start collage. I really hope I can keep learning; my language skills are part of the reason I was admitted.

四ヶ月前、病気になってLang-8にで日記を付けることができませんでしたてしみました。【四月＝April。四ヶ月（よんかげつ）＝four months。"ヶ" は "ヵ"でもOK。】
その後は卒業の試験があったから書き始めることができませんなかったでした。
今大学が始まるの前に時間暇があります。
外国語が話せらるら大学に受け取ってくれました。外国語のスキルがあるので、大学に入れました。
