It is traditional to eat eel in Japan in the summer. So, I ate broiled eel in today's dinner.
Domestic eel is expensive twice than foreign one.
For a long time it has been unknown where eel lays eggs.
But I heard that the other day the natural eggs of eel was found in the Mariana Islands by the team of Tokyo university.
I am in great hopes that it becomes that much easier to farm eels.
