Playing Kite when Strongly Wind

Now in my place while Strong Wind, my Little Sister have idea to playing kite at outside, I'm agree it.
We playing kite but the wind is realy strong I can't hold it anymore, then I'll remove it.
My hand injured, Kite brought by wind and Strongly wind make me cough. ( because the wind is really cold )
But I think from the begining this is a strange idea, playing kite while at a Strongly Wind. ( -_-; )
Today I not run with my sister, because Rain outside ( T-T )
please correct my sentences..

Flying A Kite When There Is A Strong Wind
Now in my place while there is a strong wind, my little sister had an idea to fly a kite outside. I agreed to it.
We were flying the kite, but the wind was really strong. I couldn't hold it anymore. I don't understand.
My hand was injured, the kite brought down by the wind, and the strong wind made me cough.
But I think from the beginning this was a strange idea, flying a kite while there is a strong wind.
Today I will not run with my sister, because it is raining outside ( T-T )
