1. その単語を使って文を作る練習。
2. その単語を説明して当ててもらう練習。
3. 出来る限りその単語を使って会話する練習。

I'm thinking of trying to memorize the 30 words of English an every day.
Practice by making a sentence using the word.
Practice by explaining a word and getting people to guess it.
Practice by using the word as much as possible when speaking.
30 words a day is quite a lot.
Good luck! :)
I think 30 will be too much for one day. Sooner or later, you will probably "burn out." I think that if you're going to study the words that intensely, it will work better if you use just a couple of words or phrases that you hear or read often, but have never studied before. That way, it will be somewhat familiar to you, and you can focus on them.
What do you think?
Thank you your comments.
Good luck with your studies!
