I went to Tennoji, OSAKA today because I'd like to find a book at big bookstore in Tennoji.
Tennoji is one of the hugest city(ward) in OSAKA.
There are lots of stores in Tennoji, and it is always crowded.
I could find out the book in the bookstore!
The book is 'World History' by William Hardy McNeill.
I'd wanted the book for a long time! Now, finally I got it!
So, I'm so happy.
I want to read it in English the other day....

"Find" implies that it is by chance, so I think "look for" is better here.
Tennoji is one of the hugest biggest city cities (ward) in OSAKA.
Here it is "cities" not "city" because there is more than one city in Osaka

Here "I have" would be good as it shows that you have had the feeling for a long time.
Also, writing "for a long time" is fine, but it would be very natural for you to write "for ages" instead :)

"The other day" has a similar meaning to 「２、３日前」so it is in the past. Do you mean you want to read it in English in the future? If so, it might be better to write "I want to read it in English one day"
If the book is about world history it must be very long!
Yes, it comprises of two volumes.
But I'm interested in world history, so I don't feel like it is hard to read.
