Why "tuning up skies" no "for" and "production control for accessories"?
Tuning up takes a direct object; skis. No need to use "for".
Production control is a noun and so you need "for" to denote the scope of the action.

  • Graphic Arts - Illustrator / Photoshop etc.
  • Graphic Arts - _____ (does this have a program name?) Illustrator / Adobe Photoshop etc.

  • Office works – SAP/Filemaker/Excel/Word/Access etc.
  • Office Works – SAP (you might want to explain what this is because I don't know what it stands for ^^")/Filemaker/Microsoft Excel/Microsoft Word/Access etc. -I don't think you put "etc." in a formal document like a resume... you should either list more or leave it out. Also I think it is better to put the full names of programs... or at least that's what I was taught ^^" Also, maybe you should replace the "/" with ", " instead...? I'm not too sure ^^"

  • To control delivery.
  • Controls delivery. -When I went to a resume-making session hosted by my university, they gave the suggestion to always be as specific as you can about what you do. If you give more details and make what you did sound more interesting, employers are more likely to be impressed by it ^^

  • To support the sales section.
  • To Supports the sales section.

  • Typing everyday.(Lots of functions and pivot table skills are required.)
  • Typing every day. (Lots of functions and pivot table skills are required.) -A better way to write this might be "Types up various sorts of documents each day" or something? (more specific... but I think it might be better not to mention the pivot table skills... if that's what I think it means xD)

  • To join Logistic process meeting everyweek.(as a representative of Custmer Service)
  • To join Actively participates in logistic process meetings every week.(as a representative of Customer Service)

I am not quite sure about the standard format for a resume in Japan... but this looks quite different from the resumes that I learned to make ^^" I couldn't really correct the bottom half of this entry because I got a little confused... the structure seems to be a little unclear as well... maybe someone else will be able to help you more than I did ^-^"
