I heard that many American young people intend not to believe the God.
Do they only often doubt a particular dogma, or don't they believe the existence of the God?
I think that churches or theologians had better explain the theology philosophically.
The Christian theology is very well made.
Only particular dogmas by particular religionists aren't Chiristian theology.
It allows each individual to philosophically think over the truth, the good and the beauty.
Or many churches may be afraid of being scattered by thoughts of each individuals,

"intend" means "to have in mind as a purpose or goal". I don't know if we can really plan to believe or not to believe something. "tend" means "to be disposed to a way of thinking" or "have a tendency to".
Do they only often doubt a particular dogma, or don't they believe (in) the existence of God?

or "only particular dogmas promoted by particular...."
Or many churches may be afraid of being scattered by thoughts of each individual,
"each/every individual" or just "individuals". You can't use "each" here because it implies singularity, and individuals is plural.
Well done.

^To say 'made' indicates it is well written yet not true.
