The whiskey 100 years ago seems to have been discovered at the South Pole.
But those are bottled up, so are unaging.

In Japan, It seems increasing wave of NIHONSHU(Japanese sake, rice wine)maturation.

Maturated Nihonsyu colored golden brown. Some one colored red like wine.
