今朝は粉雪が舞っています。
積もることはないようですが、とても寒いです。
週末の土曜日であることに加え、この寒さのせいで、駅や電車の人影も少ないように見えます。
It a light powdery snow is falling this morning.
It will not pile up, but very very cold.
So, in addition to that It is weekend Saturday, there was hardly anybody in station and train,

Also, this past Saturday, because of the cold, there was hardly anybody at the station or on the trains.
