I joined one-day cooking workshop and made these Japanese confectionery two weeks ago. It’s was a season of cherry blossoms and I expressed it through them. I put petals made from rice flour as a decoration. They are the delicatest confectionery which I have ever made.

This Graph shows Employment of 2012 Japanese Engineering and Science department students.(2012 means graduation year) Students who are hired manufacturer account for 29.1%, those who are hired IT account for 28.8% and those who are hired finance account for 25.1%.
I was surprised that students who are hired manufacturer account for only 29.1%, while those who are hired finance account for no less than 25.1%.
Formerly Japanese Engineering and Science department students are employed manufacturer more. Maybe this numbers show manufacture refrain employment and students outflow finance. Recession influences employment of students.

I can't see the moment when the fish uses the tool well (Can you see that?) but I can clearly see that it has a rock in its mouth and I can hear the sound which it strikes something using the rock. Maybe it hits a shell or something. If it does so, it can get a great meal.

　This is not a lemmon. It's called a "Karashi-rennkon," which is a traditional Japanese food.
　Karashi means a mustard. Renkon means a lotus Root.
A lotus root has many hole. We put into the holes miso paste which contain musterd . So it tastes hot and spicy. Outside part is not a mustard yellow,but a turmeric yellow. So it is not hot.
　What is fantastic about Karashi-rennkonn is not only it's spicy taste but it's texture. It is crispy to eat.

これはレモンではありません。「辛子蓮根」と呼ばれる日本の伝統的な料理です。
辛子はマスタードを意味し、蓮根は蓮の根を意味します。蓮根はたくさんの穴が空いていて、辛子を含んだ味噌をつめてあります。だから、それは辛くてスパイシーです。外側の部分はマスタードの黄色ではなく、ターメリックの黄色です。だから辛くはありません。
辛子蓮根の素晴らしいところはスパイシーな味だけでなく食感もそうです。食べるとしゃきしゃきしています。
