"Grilled Eggplant" of Simple Japanese food recipe.
My recipe is simple version, so it is different formal version.
Japanese people call it "yakinasu=やきなす=焼き茄子".
1.I wash the eggplant.
2.I strip off the skin of the eggplant.
(But I like skin of the eggplant, so I don't strip off the skin.)
3.I cut it in half lengthwise.
And I cut it in half widthwise.
4.I put it into water for 10 minutes.
5.I put it on a heat-resistant dish, put on a wrap, and put into a microwave oven for 5 minutes.
6. Before I eat it, I put on them.
For example, soy sauce or a dried bonito or ginger or them mix.
Go away from the point, I like word "eggplant".
Because eggplant looks like real egg.
It is cute naming.
