Wasei-eigo made me confusiton.

There are long holiday at next week in Japan.
It's called Golden-week that it's seven days holiday.
I think that most Japanese likes it very much.
I also like it very much.
I'm looking forward to beginning it.
By the way, Golden-week is one of the wasei-eigo/和製英語.
The meaning of wasei-eigo is that Japanese made English, so they aren't real English words.
Japanese made many wasei-eigo, and I have often confusion about them.

たくさんありますよね。でも、多くの人が、これらのカタカナ語が英語だと思ってますよね。チケットでは、通じないし、チップでは違う意味になってしまいます。グローバルな時代になったので、あまり好き勝手に日本語英語を作らないほうがいいと思うのは、私だけでしょうか。モチベーションって何だ！餅の一種か！ってよく思います。（笑）

チップは英語だと思ってました。びっくりです。確かに和製英語は混乱するので、あまり増えて欲しくないなぁ、、、
