I like pug the best 【in / between】all breeds of dogs.
僕は全ての犬種の中で、パグが一番好きです。

I get to be happy to look at Its thinking-nothing-like face.
あの何も考えてないような顔を見ると幸せになります。

It makes me forget about bad things.
嫌な事を忘れさせてくれます。

And also the wrinkled body is charm.
体中のシワもチャームポイントですね。*チャームポイント is Japlish.

The body hair's color consisting of black and sand-like brown, those plain colors makes it look ludicrous yet charming.
黒と砂みたいな茶色の体毛、あの素朴な色が滑稽つつも可愛らしいですね。

And the pensive eyes are laughable for some reason.
そして悲しげな目が何故か笑えます。

I hear that the name "pug" derives from "pugnus " in Latin which means clenched fist or "覇向(パークー)" in Chinese which means sleeping king snoring or in old English, "one that is gently loved".
パグという名前の由来は、ラテン語の「握り拳」や、中国語の「いびきをかいて眠る王様」、又は古い英語で「優しく愛される者」等と言われているそうです。

I think clenched fist is most persuasive.
僕は握り拳が最も有力だと思います。
